Raised in Khetri, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India, in a family rooted in service and integrity, Sumer grew up with strong values of leadership, responsibility, and resilience. His father’s 30 years of service in the Indian Army inspired him to carry forward the same principles in his professional life.
Transition to Real Estate
Sumer began his career in Dubai in the hospitality industry, where he mastered the art of customer service and professionalism while working at Atmosphere Restaurant, Burj Khalifa. This experience gave him a deep understanding of high standards and client expectations.
In 2021, he transitioned into real estate, starting as a consultant and quickly building expertise in investment advisory, off-plan projects, and client relations. His dedication and results earned him recognition at leading firms and industry awards, including being honored as a Rising Star in Real Estate.
Founding Adhana Properties
On 21 October 2024, Sumer launched Adhana Properties with a mission to redefine real estate advisory through trust, transparency, and long-term value creation. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted brand, serving clients across Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi, and building strong partnerships with top developers.
